Inamin ni Sam Milby na ikinagulat niya ang naging rebelasyon ng ex-fiancee niyang si Catriona Gray hinggil sa kanilang naging breakup.
Matatandaang sa panayam ni Karen Davila kamakailan, sa kauna-unahang pagkakataon ay ibinunyag ng former Miss Universe na hindi pa ready si Sam na magpakasal matapos itong mag-propose sa kanya.
“Was I surprised? Yes,” pahayag ni Sam sa eksklusibong panayam ni MJ Felipe ng ABS-CBN.
Maliban dito ay hindi na nagbigay pa ng komento ang aktor.
“My reaction is just I just wanna keep yung sa amin ni Cat, private. I just don’t want to comment. That’s it,” aniya.
Kung si Catriona ay dating na with a non-showbiz guy, si Sam ay single pa rin daw.
“Nope, I’m not. Not seeing anybody. Hindi sa walang oras, I do. I haven’t met anybody. I don’t go out that much,” sey ni Sam.
Sa panayam ni Catriona sa YouTube vlog ng batikang anchor ay sinabi niya na ilang buwan matapos mag-propose sa kanya si Sam ay na-realize ng aktor na hindi pa ito ready for commitment.
“There was a point in our relationship where I think he just realized that he wasn’t ready to take it to the stage of commitment that we were on, because he had proposed.
“And then, a few months later, (he) realized that hindi pala siya ready. So, that was very hurtful for me, and I was really blindsided at the time,” pahayag ng beauty queen/actress.
“I really tried to make it work so I was willing to adjust ‘cause siguro when you love someone you are willing to understand them,” saad pa niya.
