Formula One 2026: What time is the Chinese Grand Prix?

The 2026 Formula One season will feature 24 races, the second of which will take place in China this weekend.

The next battle for the title is scheduled for the Shanghai International Circuit in Shanghai on Sunday, 15 March.

The lights will go out at 09:00 (SA time).

Lando Norris is the defending drivers’ champion while McLaren are the reigning constructors’ title winners.

As a reminder, the 2025 Chinese Grand Prix was won by McLaren’s Oscar Piastri ahead of team-mate Lando Norris with Mercedes’ George Russell in third.
