78 Millennium Tower in Charlotte Quay Dock at Grand Canal Dock, in Dublin 4 is on the market for €1.25m.

In a video posted to social media, the estate agents gave a look inside the property.

Taking to TikTok, Hugo Deegan Property, shared a short video with their followers.

He wrote: “This is what a €1,250,000 penthouse looks like in Dublin.”

The first frame of the video shows a stunning open-plan living room with floor to ceiling windows.

This is perfect for letting a large amount of natural sunlight into the home.

It is beautifully designed with wooden flooring and bright furniture.

The living area seamlessly leads into the kitchen, which is fully fitted.

It also has a large amount of storage on offer, including a breakfast island.

And surrounding the property there is a large balcony, offering stunning views of the city.

AMAZING VIEWS

The penthouse is located just beside the River Liffey, so your view is comprised of both the water and the bustling city.

There are two bedrooms in the property – and both have a large number of windows to allow natural light in.

They are both double rooms, fitted with wood flooring, making it perfect for a small family.

There are two bathrooms, and the main one is complete with a modern look, and has a WHB, WB and WC.

It has tiling on both the floors and walls, and has storage under the sink.

At the end of the hall is another door out to the balcony – and this section has gorgeous views of Grand Canal Dock.

The video then shows the master bedroom, which is breathtaking.

The large room is carpeted and follows the theme with big windows, creating a light-filled room with gorgeous views.

TV SHOW TWIN

Just behind the bed is a large area that could be used as a study or home office.

There is also a large fitted wardrobe with loads of room to try on your clothes.

Viewers were quick to point out that it looks very similar to an apartment that featured in a popular Irish TV show.

One person asked: “Was Love/Hate filmed here?”

Another commented: “Looks like the apartment in Love/Hate, John Boys.”

The replies were full of conflicting answers, as some were more convinced than others.

One person said: “I thought the exact same thing.”

Someone else said: “His apartments was the distillery lofts north of Croke Park.”

Another wrote: “Nope that building built after I’m nearly sure.”
