The Bell Bear Hunter in Elden Ring Nightreign is an infamous boss, known for evil acts like killing countless instructors and merchants. This boss only appears during the nighttime, after you rest at the nearest Site of Grace. A general thing to remember is that this enemy does not have a fixed spawn location. So you may have to try multiple times before you finally get him to spawn.
As we mentioned earlier, many players are having trouble taking down this boss. However, a Reddit user called u/oopskeedoop found an exploit that makes this boss fight easy.

The Redditor u/oopskeedoop is playing as an Executor, using his ability to draw the attention of the Bell Bearing Hunter. While the boss is focusing on the Executor, other players in the team are using their attacks to damage the boss. As the user explains, he is using a “draw enemy aggression while guarding” relic rite to lock its focus on himself.
This is some sort of bug that’s helping this lucky guy remain unharmed by the Bell Bearing Hunter. Otherwise, this boss is way too aggressive not to cause any damage. For the time being, you can use this exploit, but it’s more likely to get patched in a future update.
The best way to deal with the Bell Bearing Hunter in Elden Ring Nightreign
Unless you have an overpowered weapon or armor that can do the work for you, it’s quite impossible to beat the Bell Bearing Hunter without a proper strategy. The most effective strategy against this enemy is drawing its attention and then flanking it from behind. Just like Heolstar, the Nightlord, beating this enemy will take a lot more than usual.
To execute this strategy, you must play with a squad where all the players have proper coordination. One of the three players should use a defensive stance while standing in front of the Bell Bearing Hunter. Doing so will distract the enemy, making it follow the player with a defensive stance.
Once the enemy is distracted, other players in the team can use their respective weapons and abilities to damage this boss. If the boss targets your teammate, make sure to get in the front again and draw his attention using the defensive stance. It is recommended to use a tank character so that the damage caused by the Bell Bearing Hunter is absorbed.
Repeating this process throughout the sequence will help defeat the Bell Bearing Hunter in Elden Ring Nightreign. After all, they don’t call him the worst boss without any reason.
