Has Cristiano Ronaldo Converted to Islam: Speculation That Started With MrBeast Podcast May Just be True

Cristiano Ronaldo joined Al-Nassr in 2023 when he was out of options, and a certain Sheikh had offered millions to have Ronaldo on his team. Although it essentially saved his football career, it also seems that Al-Nassr has had an influence on Ronaldo’s faith.

The rumors started during a Mr. Beast podcast that Cristiano Ronaldo had converted to Islam. Although raised in a Catholic home, Ronaldo did something quite unprecedented in a recent football match, which has grabbed the attention of the world.

Cristiano Ronaldo made dua before his Portugal match?

It has been 2 years since the Portuguese footballer joined Al-Nassr, a football club based in Saudi Arabia. Due to Ronaldo’s fame and success, several other Asian and European footballers also shifted to clubs in the Middle East.

In the recent UEFA Nations League match where Portugal faced off against Spain, the world held its breath as the two major football teams collided across the huge field. After a heavy battle, Portugal won the penalty round, and the world celebrated with Cristiano Ronaldo.

However, before the winning event, Ronaldo did something that has now since gained worldwide attention as everyone is asking the same question: Has Ronaldo converted to Islam?

In the clip, Cristiano Ronaldo can be seen joining his hands in the form of a prayer and muttering something (a prayer, probably) which the Islamic people call “dua”. Although nothing has been confirmed by Ronaldo, the evidence is pretty convincing.

That’s not all the evidence that people have seen about Ronaldo’s alleged faith conversion since the rumors initially stemmed from an episode of Mr. Beast’s podcast, and considering that Ronaldo allegedly made “dua” before the win, it seems that the rumors might just be true.

The Mr. Beast podcast rumors might just be true!

When Cristiano Ronaldo sat down with Mr. Beast to talk about his football matches and career, he invited his son, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., to appear in front of the camera for a while.

The video was shared all over the internet since Mr. Beast asked Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. if he would like to hang out with his father like “Bronny James”, Jr. replied, “InshAllah.” (via Rumble).

Now, it isn’t certain whether Jr. had converted to Islam or he was simply embracing the culture of the place that he is growing up in (Riyadh), however, what was certain was that the internet was flooded with talks and chatter about the Ronaldo family converting to Islam by having a change of faith.

However, Ronaldo allegedly made dua before the win for Portugal might just seem like the family has converted to Islam, or maybe Ronaldo is also simply embracing the culture that he is currently living in. What matters truly is that Portugal won the match with an intense penalty session, and Ronaldo added one more win to his flourishing football career.
