Golden Eagles Softball Team Shines in 2025 Season with Strong Performances and Academic Achievements

The Golden Eagles 2025 Softball team concluded their season with a record of 22-14 and secured a spot in the 3C2A NorCal Regional Playoffs. Freshman Faith Helmandollar from Queen Creek, AZ, had an impressive season, earning several accolades including Golden Valley Conference Player of the Year (MVP), All-State (North), and 1st Team All-Conference. She achieved a remarkable .421 batting average and recorded 33 RBIs.

Freshman pitcher Brittney Byram from Reno, NV, also had a standout year, winning 17 games with a 2.00 ERA and a 1.24 WHIP. She was named to the All-Northern Team and earned 1st Team All-Conference honors. The Golden Eagles are optimistic for the 2026 season, as two more returning freshmen received 1st Team All-Conference recognition: Lily Lee from Carson City, NV, with a .429 batting average and 6 home runs, and Mckynlee Gay from Quincy, CA, who hit .364 with 9 stolen bases.

Additionally, shortstop Emma Robles (Freshman) from Delano, CA, and outfielder Mya Roberts (Freshman) from Markleeville, CA, received 2nd Team All-Conference honors. The team is also proud of its academic achievements, with four members earning Academic All-State recognition: Alexa Baumgartner, Braelyn Birkel, Mackenzie Bradley, and Jessica Callaway.
