A former Women’s Champion appears to be carving out a new alliance altogether
Alexa Bliss was out of the WWE for two years. While there were no specific reasons behind her absence, speculations were abuzz that she was waiting for the right storyline in the WWE. After a two-year hiatus, she appeared at the Royal Rumble premium live event for the first time.
It wasn’t until the May 9 edition of Friday Night SmackDown that she began appearing regularly on WWE programming. She earned a spot in the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match, signaling her intent to chase championship gold.
However, Alexa Bliss has come to realize that the road to the top won’t be a straight one, especially with Tiffany Stratton currently holding the division’s most coveted prize. The path to the title is crowded and competitive, and Bliss knows she’ll have to fight harder and forge alliances to secure the top spot.

Interestingly, she has even initiated discussions about the same with her former rivals and adversaries, and superstars who have always been at odds with the former women’s champion.
Who can potentially join Alexa Bliss’s newly founded faction?
The most prominent name currently close to partner Alexa Bliss is Charlotte Flair. The 14-time Women’s Champion has attempted to win the title from Tiffany Stratton on several occasions but has not been successful in doing so. Fresh out of a major knee injury, Flair could team up with Alexa Bliss and pave the way for the heel faction to dominate the women’s division.
Given the similarity in size and athleticism, Zelina Vega is also a potential candidate for Alexa Bliss’s new group. Furthermore, she is currently the Women’s United States Champion and therefore would be concentrating on defending that title. Hence, a conflict of interest would never arise between them.
Nikki Cross is another name that is more naturally suited for an alliance with Alexa Bliss. Cross had partnered with Bliss before that, which lasted for a few years, and the group also won the women’s tag team championship together. Cross is currently a member of Wyatt Sicks and, therefore, an alliance with her can also add the element of surprise in the group.
