Ten years after finding fame on the hit MTV show, personal trainer Joss, 38, shared a series of snaps from the magic moment in Marbella, Spain.

Posed on one knee in front of his partner Emma, he gazed up with a beaming smile in the courtyard of a stunning villa.
Dubai-based Emma covered her mouth in shock before pulling Joss in for an adorable kiss.
Wearing a sparkly silver minidress, she flashed the sparkler for the camera while tucking into a tasty-looking banquet with her other half.
Joss, donning a casual blue shirt, puffed away on a cigar while enjoying the special day.
In his caption, he penned a romantic open letter to his new fiancee, telling her he’s on “cloud nine” and promising to “stand by her side” forever.
He wrote: “Dear Emma, As far as clichés go, I’ve spent most of my life chasing things. Success, experiences, material rewards. I thought those were the things that would make me happy. And yes, I’ve built a good life but deep down, something was always missing.
“Now I know why… And I could look back and say it was wasted time, but the truth is, it all led me to you.
“You came into my life at a time and place I least expected. I wasn’t searching anymore and I’d stopped looking for “the one.” And then there you were.
“I still remember the first time I spoke to you. The way you looked at me. That moment is engraved in my memory forever, along with last night when I dropped to one knee.
“Now I truly understand what happiness is. It’s not what you have, it’s who you share it with. Everything else is just extra.
“Right now, I feel like I’m on cloud nine. The old me would’ve kept this to himself. I’d of cringed at this kind of message…but today, I’m proud. I’m proud to say I’ve found my person.
“Thank you, Emma. For loving me, for believing in me and for making me the man I am today.
“I promise to love you, protect you and stand by your side for the rest of our lives. 10.06.2025.”

Joss first rose to fame in 2014 when he joined Ex on the Beach series one, arriving as Talitha Minnis’s ex.
He also had flings on the show with Emma Jane Lang and Chloe Goodman, and returned for Ex on the Beach: All Stars.
He later competed on MTV’s The Challenge, becoming known for his athletic ability and competitive streak.
Off-screen, Joss had a short-lived romance with Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattison and was later linked to Shelby Billingham, Olivia Walsh, Kayleigh Morris and Ellie O’Donnell.
But in recent years, the fitness coach has kept his love life mostly under wraps – until now.
