Cody Rhodes Accidentally Put His Crotch on Triple H’s Face and Here Is What Happened Next

Ever since returning to WWE, Cody Rhodes has become the heart of WWE, where fans would travel around the world to see him. With a charming personality and a catchy theme song, he is undoubtedly the biggest superstar in the modern wrestling scene. After all, his second stint in the company as The American Nightmare has put him in the good books of Triple H, making him the face of the company.

Naturally, the two have spent time together and have made memories that they would recall when telling stories taking place outside the ring. One such incident was shared by Rhodes, which was extremely embarrassing, but in the process brought them closer.

Recently, in the episode of What Do You Wanna Talk About?, he shared the incident, making Levesque say more than two words to him.

Cody Rhodes shares the wild ‘bus incident’ with Triple H

It comes as no surprise that over the years, Cody Rhodes has had some unlikely friendships, where some of his biggest rivals have become his closest friends. One such friendship is with the CCO of WWE, Paul “Triple H” Levesque; the two have forgotten their differences from the past and now seem to be on great terms.

In the most recent episode of What Do You Wanna Talk About?, Cody Rhodes, with his guest, Damian Priest, talks about different things, including their embarrassing moments with WWE Legends.

The Archer of Infamy opened up about his fear of flying, including incidents with The Undertaker, Triple H, and once with Rhodes too. The host shared one “good Hunter story” during WWE’s Europe tour, which was so awkward that he’d “never live that day” again. He said,

He doesn’t probably remember this as often I’ll tell him a story and he’ll be like, ‘That happened?’ I’m like, ‘Yep.’ We were on the bus, and this is back when Hunter would be on the bus on the European tours. We’re in the very back, and he’s got his headphones in, and noise-canceling but you can still hear the Motorhead. He’s really in it, long hair at the time, and I stood up to walk to the front of the bus.

The former Undisputed WWE Champion emphasized that he was not drinking, doing anything dumb, being excessive, or doing anything vulgar that would raise eyebrows and call him out for his actions.

However, disaster struck when the tour bus made a “hard turn.” making him fall towards The Game with his “cr**ch” on his face. He said,

And the bus turned, and it took a hard turn, and right as it turned, I fell towards Hunter, and my entire cr**ch was just locked into his face, and because of the gravity and the centripetal forces that are happening here, I could not get back. I couldn’t pull myself back and he’s just going… [flails arms around] ‘What the?!’ and then we get to a straight-away, and I don’t want to… we think of him now in a professional sense, and we will obviously keep that, but he had a lot of words for me.

It was not the first time the host had an awkward interaction with his peer. But as he looks back at it, he feels how Triple H would have moved on from the incident pretty quickly and both raised a toast to Levesque being a good boss.

The WWE Universe is in tears after hearing the incident from Cody Rhodes

Indeed, a wild story from the 2-time IC Champion, where he gave a quite detailed description of the set of incidents that made him “lock” his crotch on Levesque’s face. Surely, there are hardly any other bizarre and cringeworthy incidents that can match the gravity of this tale.

The tale is laugh-worthy, especially with the amount of unnecessary supportive details that make it cringe and, at the same time, unbelievably exaggerated. Nevertheless, fans were rolling on the floor and praising the host for his storytelling skills. The users tweeted,

It is indeed heartwarming to see how the wrestlers share incidents that are polar opposites of their onscreen personalities and even crack a joke or two on their past that many people are not comfortable with.

Monday Night RAW can be streamed on Netflix at 8 ET/5 PT.
