SIX people have died after a plane slammed into the ocean off the coast of San Diego.

The aircraft went down in 200 feet of water after taking off on Sunday afternoon.

The horror crash occurred near Point Loma, a peninsula in San Diego that juts into the Pacific.

Officials with the Federal Aviation Administration confirmed the plane was a twin-engine Cessna 414 carrying six people.

The FAA said the plane took off from San Diego and was heading back to Phoenix, Arizona.

The aircraft had reportedly flown to California just a day earlier.

It went down around 12:30 pm on Sunday, according to officials.

Search crews discovered a debris field about five miles offshore later that same day but continued to search for survivors.

The FAA confirmed on Monday that no one survived the crash.

So far, none of the six victims have been publicly identified.

The pilot made a haunting final call to air traffic controllers before the crash.

He said he was struggling to maintain his heading and climb as the aircraft turned toward the shore twice before going back out to sea.

The plane was just 1,000 feet above the water when the controller urged the pilot to climb to 4,000 feet, KTAR reported.

The water in that area is roughly 200 feet deep, the Coast Guard said.

The couple are hoping to fetch £9.7 million for the massive and incredibly luxurious pad – which boasts three pools, a gym and six bedrooms.

It comes a few weeks after Becky’s bitter six-year libel court battle with Wayne Rooney‘s other half Coleen finally ended.

A friend of the couple told The Sun: “They are selling the Portuguese pad – and are looking at different holiday places now. 

“They had some great times there but just decided it was time for a change. 

“It’s actually laughable for anyone to think it has anything to do with the court case . Nothing could be further from the truth. And that’s shown by the fact they are looking for a new holiday pad.”

The property is located on the millionaires’ haunt of Quinta do Lago where stars including Alan Shearer, Holly Willoughby, Phillip Schofield, John Terry and Duncan Bannatyne all have holiday homes. 

Agents Knight Frank wrote of the pad:  “This magnificent property, built over four levels, showcases meticulous attention to lifestyle details.’

“In addition to the three external pools, which epitomize a contemporary lifestyle, the villa includes a central electro-chromic glass lift accessing each floor.”

There is also a cinema room for the owner to enjoy.

Last month The Sun told how Rebekah had £370,000 left to pay off from her eye-watering Wagatha Christie legal costs.

The rival wags faced off one last time over Coleen’s “assessment costs” as a judge ruled Becky should pay £212k on top of the £1.19million settlement, totalling at least £1.4million.

A source told The Sun at the time: “Becky’s breathing a sigh of relief today as she happily closes the chapter on this ongoing saga.

“There are big plans coming up for her and so now she’s 100 per cent focused on the future.”

It’s claimed Becky paid off approximately two-thirds of the bill four years ago.

A DAD has shared how he built an outdoor pool using cheap buys.

The dad said he made the pool for his son but was also reaping the benefits after slaving away on the build.

He said: “Finally done. Not bad for around £315. Pretty much all the money went on the framework with £64 on varnish and a few quid on screws.

“So glad I had a pallet load of timber from years ago that cost me £45, as that’s the wood you see.

“I didn’t even scratch the surface with that wood either so the main bit you see cost under a fiver.

“It is now my new favorite part of my garden.”

The pool looked lavish with its wooden frame and steps leading up to the decking and people were stunned by his crafting skills.

He first varnished the wood before putting up the paddling pool and building the frame around it.

Once it was done, he gave the wood a final varnish to ensure it didn’t get spoilt by the water.

Pete continued: “Hopefully many summers will be enjoyed sitting on it with my feet dangling in the pool with a beer in my hand.”

He later revealed that the pool was kept warm with a heated topper that also keeps it clean.

To keep the pool clean, he used a net to fish out any debris as well as chlorine tables and pool algae cleaner.

The chuffed dad also said he would only keep the paddling pool up for summer and put it away when it gets cold again.

The post was shared on the Facebook group, Garden Makeover Ideas On A Budget, and people were quick to praise the dad for his DIY skills.

One person wrote: “Absolutely awesome, and the fact you built it probably gives you a sense of achievement, congrats.”

Another commented: “Great work.”

“Brilliant, looks amazing,” penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: “Stunning.”

“I love this,” claimed a fifth.

Someone else added: “Looks great I could do with one of those in my garden.”

On new business documents filed by his chief financial officer Hussain Lalani with the State of California, it states that his new name is now “Ye Ye”. 

The double Ye is different from other papers which had been previously filed, as his official title was “Ye West.”

This has come to light when his core businesses filed a “Statement of Information” with California’s Secretary of State, which gives the most up-to-date details for a business such as the office address, officers, directors and the type of industry. 

One of his main firms, Ox Paha Inc, which has filed hundreds of trademarks on behalf of Ye, now calls him “Ye Ye” on official docs. 

His clothing company Yeezy Apparel and music businesses, Yeezy Record Label LLC and Getting Out Our Dreams Inc, have also followed suit. 

He has yet to publicly announce his new name on social media.

Meanwhile, as The U.S. Sun previously reported, Kanye’s wife Bianca Censori recently filed papers to start her own business.

She registered Bianca Censori Inc. last month in California, and also registered her full name as an Australian firm based in Alphington, a Melbourne suburb.

In the case of Ox Paha Inc, Yeezy Record Label LLC and Getting Out Our Dreams Inc, the business headquarters has changed from a church in Northridge, Los Angeles, which burnt down in October after being left vacant by Kanye.

Their headquarters is now listed as the office building he purchased for $6.7 million in March 2023 on trendy Melrose Ave. The building was bought by his firm Ox Paha, according to records. 

It has also been left to rot in the last couple of years.

In March, police were called when a swastika was painted on the side of the building in the aftermath of vile antisemitic comments he’d made on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Kanye has been particularly prickly about being called his birth name recently – walking out on an interview with Piers Morgan because he dared to call him Kanye. 

He recently took to X to reiterate that his name is Ye seemingly after the altercation with the British TV presenter last month. 

Piers explained the incident on Instagram saying: “I interviewed Kanye West again today.

“As I expected, given what I’ve said about him recently, it didn’t last long or go well.

“This was him right before he stomped off like a big baby before I could ask him why he’s become a vile, Hitler-loving, Nazi-slathering, anti-Semitic pr**k.” 

When a Ye fan site pointed out on X that “Piers Morgan calling him ‘Kanye West’ is exactly why Ye left the interview,” Piers responded: “His X account name is @kanyewest”.

On June 1, Ye went onto X and fumed: “Ima finally stop using the @kanyewest twitter cause my name is Ye… Gonna start a ye account and it is what it is.”
