Horse racing tips: ‘His class makes him very hard to beat’ – Templegate’s NAP loves this trip

TEMPLEGATE’S Sunday tips are below.

Back a horse by clicking their odds.

HAMISH (4.45 Goodwood, nap)

Is still going strong for William Haggas. This nine-year-old was as good as ever last season with a Coronation Cup second at Epsom before finishing the campaign with a big-field Listed win at The Curragh. We know he loves this trip with a little cut in the field and his class makes him very hard to beat.

SCHMILSSON (3.22 Perth, nb)

Looked a natural when winning on his chasing debut over course and distance last month. He made mincemeat of his rivals and a 7lb rise in the weights should hold no fears. Trainer Olly Murphy is in flying form and he can add to his winning tally with Sean Bowen up.

MISS TONNERRE (3.35 Goodwood, treble)

Was behind Oaks second Whirl in the Musidora last time when very much needing the run. The form of her Fred Darling fourth has been franked and she can show more here.

IMPERIAL ALEX (4.32 Perth)

Looks good for the Lucky 15 after a close second at Uttoxeter last time. He sees out three miles well.

Cara, 34, and Nathan, 32 – who has taken Freddy under their wing lately – enjoyed some dinosaur fun on Saturday.

Freddy wore a Louis Vuitton shirt unbuttoned with a black t-shirt and brown trousers.

He appeared in good spirits alongside Cara and Nathan, who took their young kids, Freddie, seven, and Delilah, four, to the special event at NEON at Battersea Power Station.

A number of other very famous faces including former Prime Minister Boris Johnson and wife Carrie also attended.

They enjoyed their first family outing since welcoming their fourth child, daughter Poppy Eliza Josephine Johnson in May.

TV and radio favourite Fearne Cotton were among the star’s who spent the afternoon learning the difference between a Diplodocus, a Spinosaurus and a Giganotosaurus.

Countdown’s Rachel Riley and husband Pasha Kovalev also attended with their daughters Maven and Noa.

They came face-to-face with a Velociraptor Blue, interacted with baby dinosaurs and even getting a rare up-close look at the most vicious dinosaur of them all, the T-rex.

The experience also welcomed Sugababes pop star Heidi Range, This Morning’s Ashley James and Ex Made In Chelsea couple Louise Thompson and Ryan Libbey and their families.

Jurassic World: The Experience is a fully immersive adventure that brings the iconic franchise to life like never before.

The first film was released back in 1993 and was an adaptation directed by Steven Spielberg.

There have been a total of seven movies in the franchise, including the three original Jurassic Park films and the four Jurassic World films.

FREDDY’S NEXT MOVE

Freddy’s outing today comes just hours after he was with his grandmother Jackiey Budden, 68, mother of tragic Big Brother star Jade Goody.

We revealed TV presenter Jeff, 46, has a court date in his legal fight to stop Freddy from seeing Jackiey amid concerns over his welfare.

A family friend said: “Jeff and Freddy are in regular contact with each other – probably more than most dads and their adult children.

“They talk a lot and spend plenty of time together.

“Jeff just wants the best for his son and the door is always open for him.

“Jackiey’s influence over Freddy is harmful to his overall wellbeing.

“It’s very sad that a grandmother continues to try and lead him astray.”

On Friday Freddy revealed he’s going to rehab in Spain, saying he “wants a healthy relationship with his dad”.

Jeff and Freddy were on ITV together last month, presenting This Morning’s competition segment from Malta.

Jeff joked: “He sat in as an apprentice to see how it all works. At first, he was on light reflector duty, and then he was about to take my job, so I am glad that it came to an end.

“I was about to be relieved of my duties.”

Moment Chelsea ace Marc Cucurella uses mobile while driving Mercedes G-wagon as he’s seen ‘veering across road’

CHELSEA ace Marc Cucurella is filmed apparently falling foul of the law on the road — by using his mobile phone while driving.

He was said to be veering across the middle of the road in his Mercedes G-wagon near the Prem team’s training ground.

Onlookers said the defender, in his club training top, appeared to be typing a text message at the wheel of the vehicle, costing between £140,000 and £210,000.

A witness near Dorking, Surrey, said: “The car came past us quite fast.

“I clocked who it was.

“We drove past him again.

“He was all over the place, over the middle line, because he was on his phone.

“My partner in the passenger seat was able to film it.”

A week later, the Spanish international, 26, played in the Blues’ Uefa Conference League final win — following his key role in the Spain team that beat England in last year’s Euros final.

Drivers caught using a mobile face a £200 fine and six points on their driving licence.

Cucurella’s agent and Chelsea FC were approached for comment.
