Alejandro Garnacho jets off to Rome with girlfriend as Saudis prepare to rescue outcast from Man Utd nightmare

Garnacho was left fuming after being benched for the Europa League final last month.

He later angered his teammates after giving an interview where he described United’s season as “s**t”.

The 20-year-old cut a dejected figure on the Red Devils’ disastrous post-season tour of Asia.

Garnacho was spotted in an altercation with a fan, before flashing the middle finger to supporters after a loss to the ASEAN All Stars.

The former Puskas Award winner has jetted out to Rome with girlfriend Eva Garcia for some much-needed R&R.

Garcia posted a host of snaps of the pair enjoying the Italian capital with their young son Enzo.

The influencer – who has her own jewellery line – uploaded the memories to her 664,000 Instagram followers.

Eva posed infront of the Trevi Fountain, before enjoying coffee in the sun with her boyfriend of over four years.

SunSport exclusively revealed last month United want £50million for Garnacho, who joined the club from Atletico Madrid in 2020.

The 20-year-old has made Chelsea his No1 choice.

Garnacho is also attracting attention from Napoli, but would prefer to stay in the Premier League.

United rejected a £40m January bid from the Naples club for Garnacho but may get twice that from the Saudis.

Pro League club Al-Nassr are preparing an audacious bid with Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at the club uncertain.

Garnacho’s relationship with Amorim fell apart after a dressing room spat boiled over infront of teammates.

Amorim reportedly told Garnacho he needs to “pray he can find a new club.”

Garnacho appeared in 36 Premier League games last season, contributing 6 goals and 3 assists.

Following Europa League heartbreak against Tottenham, the Argentine refused to be drawn on his future at United.

Garnacho said: “Until we reached the final, I played every round.

“And I played 20 minutes today – I don’t know. “I’m going to try to enjoy the summer and see what happens next.”

New Love Island bombshell Toni reveals crippling health battle that saw her rushed to hospital

LOVE Island bombshell Toni Laites has opened about her chronic health condition ahead of entering the villa.

The American star, 24, is set to enter the Mallorca house as the first bombshell of this year’s series – and is ready to bag a British boy as she believes they’re “more polite with better manners” than their American counterparts.

But ahead of entering the villa, Toni shared that she is also battling an illness that leaves her in agonising pain.

She said ahead of entering the show: “I have ulcerative colitis. I had to go to hospital the same week as my senior prom.

“They told me, ‘You can’t go’ and then they said, ‘Surprise, you’re going to prom!’

“Nothing that exciting happens in Connecticut, so it was a big deal and a few articles were written about me.”

“What I hope people see from me being on Love Island is that not all illnesses are visible,” she added.

“It doesn’t have to hold you back, you can travel etc…I live my life day-to-day like anyone else.”

In 2018, Toni was taken to prom straight from the hospital at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, with the team looking after her making sure she was primped and primed for the event.

She wrote a gold sequinned mermaid gown for the event, and posed with her doctors before going.

The hospital later shared photos of her getting ready on Instagram, writing: “After spending a week inpatient for a flare up of #UlcerativeColitis, 17-year old Toni Laites of Newington was told she would be unable to attend her prom…until her team of doctors and nurses at Connecticut Children’s banded together to grant her a therapeutic leave, giving Toni the opportunity to experience the Cinderella prom she always dreamed of.

Toni has said she’s entering the Love Island UK villa because dating in the States is “a mess” – particularly after moving from Connecticut to Florida and then Las Vegas, Nevada.

“I live in cities that are fast-paced and party places; Las Vegas and Florida,” she explained.

“People are here for a good time, not a long time. I live in Sin City!

“I do love Las Vegas. I’ve met some of the greatest people I’ve ever met there. I’m willing to relocate, it would just break my heart to not have my job anymore.”

She warns that her “icks” are bad breath, bad hygiene, and not being dressing appropriately for a date.

Toni will enter the house this week, with the series kicking off on Monday night with Maya Jama welcoming this year’s line-up to the villa.

Love Island starts Monday at 9pm on ITV, ITV2 and ITVX.

What is Ulcerative Colitis?

Here's what you need to know about Ulcerative Colitis..

Colitis is a condition where the colon and rectum become inflamed.

The colon is the large intestine, or bowel, and the rectum is the end of the bowel where stools are stored. Ulcers can develop on the colon’s lining and bleed and produce pus.

Ulcerative colitis is a form of colitis that is caused by autoimmune inflammation (the body attacking itself), whereas colitis can be caused by a number of factors including infection.

Ulcerative colitis is similar to another condition which causes inflammation of the gut – Crohn’s disease.

Symptoms can often be very mild for weeks or months but flare ups with extreme symptoms can cause a lot of pain and trouble for sufferers.

Children face new social media BAN including ‘two-hour app limit’ and curfew in plans to limit time spent on smartphones

CHILDREN face being hit with restrictions on the amount of time they spend on their smartphones under new plans.

Curbs such as a two-hour limit per app and a 10pm curfew could be brought in to boost online safety, a Cabinet Minister has indicated.

But the move was heavily criticised by campaigners who warned “sticking plasters” won’t be enough to toughen up current laws.

It comes after The Sun told this week that one Year 6 class – aged 10 and 11 – had exchanged 9,000 messages in a single night.

Technology Secretary Peter Kyle gave a clear sign he is considering bringing in an “app cap” for children to tackle big tech firms.

He said: “I’m looking at things that prevent healthy activity, I’m looking at some of the addictive nature of some of the apps and smartphones.

“I’m trying to think how we can break some of the addictive behaviour and incentivise more of the healthy developmental and also the good communicative side of online life.”

Tech firms will be have to follow regulator Ofcom’s code of conduct to keep users safe online, especially children.

Substantial fines and blocking sites are among the penalties for those caught breaking the rules – but campaigners warn this gives the firms the ability to regulate themselves.

Ian Russell, whose daughter Molly took her own life aged 14 after viewing harmful content on social media, hit out at the plans saying Ministers must “act decisively”.

He said: “Every day the Government has delayed bringing in tougher online safety laws we’ve seen more young lives lost and damaged because of weak regulation and inaction by big tech.

“Parents up and down the country would be delighted to see the Prime Minister act decisively to quell the tsunami of harm children face online, but sticking plasters will not do the job.

Mr Russell added: “Only a stronger and more effective Online Safety Act will finally change the dial on fundamentally unsafe products and business models that prioritise engagement over safety.”

Phone app loved by 30 MILLION users shutting down in weeks as hit download disappears from stores and refunds promised

A POPULAR phone app with more than 30 million users is shutting down forever in weeks.

The app was used “billions” of times, but will go offline for good in early July.

Pocket is a beloved app that let users save content to read later.

It’s currently owned by Mozilla, which is the tech giant behind the Firefox web browser (a rival to Microsoft Edge, Apple’s Safari, and Google Chrome).

Mozilla says it wants to focus on Firefox instead, and has decided to shut down Pocket permanently as a result.

“We’ve made the difficult decision to shut down Pocket on July 8, 2025,” the Pocket team said in a statement.

“Thank you for being part of our journey over the years.

“We’re proud of the impact Pocket has had for our users and communities.”

Pocket first launched back in mid-2007 as a browser extension for Mozilla Firefox.

It was originally called Read It Later, and quickly grew to have millions of users.

The service rebranded to Pocket in 2012, and its app ended up being used by tens of millions of people around the world.

In early 2017, Pocket revealed that it had been acquired by Mozilla.

Then just a few weeks ago, Mozilla confirmed that Pocket would shut down in July – with user data and accounts due for deletion in October.

“As users’ everyday needs evolve alongside the web itself, it’s imperative we focus our efforts on Firefox,” Mozilla said.

“And building new solutions that give you real choice, control, and peace of mind online.

“With that in mind, we’ve made the difficult decision to phase out two products.

SHUT DOWN EXPLAINED

The app itself (and browser extensions) will shut down totally on July 8, 2025.

Your data will be retained until October 8 – so that gives you a chance to export your “saves”.

But after that date, all of the data will vanish completely.

Pocket is closing down on all devices – with user data due to be deleted too[/caption]

That includes your account, which will be automatically deleted on October 8.

Some Pocket users will also be owed refunds.

This is the case if you have a Pocket Premium account that you’ve paid for on an annual basis.

So the refund will be based on the time that was left on your subscription after the shut down (July 8).

Pocket refunds – how it works

Here's the official guidance from Pocket...

For monthly subscribers:

  • We will begin disabling automatic renewal of monthly subscriptions immediately.
  • You can continue to enjoy the benefits of Pocket Premium until the end of the monthly subscription period.
  • You will not be charged again, so no refund will be necessary.
  • No action is required from you.

For annual subscribers:

  • On July 8, 2025, Annual subscriptions will be cancelled and Annual users will receive a prorated refund automatically to the original payment method.
  • No action is needed from you.

Your Pocket app on the iPhone will soon break – but you’ll still need to delete it yourself[/caption]

You should get this back automatically to the payment method that you originally used to pay for Pocket Premium.

The Pocket app has already vanished from app stores.

But it can be reinstalled if you already had it but deleted it, right up until October 8, 2025.

If you’ve stilled got the app, you’ll need to delete it yourself. It won’t vanish on its own – but it will stop working.

So if your skin is looking lacklustre and you’re eager to have a glow up but have no idea where to start, then you’ve come to the right place.

Faith Coe loves this moisturising primer from Primark, which is only £5[/caption]

A content creator named Faith Coe revealed the products she uses for flawless skin, including a £5 buy from Primark you won’t want to miss.

Not only this, but she also gave her followers a close-up look at the setting spray you need that will ensure your make-up stays in place all day.

Posting on social media, Faith revealed her “12-step make-up to be the hottest on the school run”, leaving many totally stunned.

Faith tucked into a coffee as she kicked off her morning routine which first of all, involves the “de-shed”.

With this step, the brunette removed her hair bonnet that she slept in to protect her locks, as well as her chin strap and mouth tape, which is said to “freeze ageing”.

For the second step, the mother goes in with her moisturiser.

Faith swore by the PS…Prep + Perfect Flawless Primer, which you can buy for just £5 from Primark.

Not only does the moisturiser work to “protect your skin from the sun”, but it also provides a “surge of moisture and hydration into the skin”.

For the third step, the influencer applied a primer to her face.

She confirmed that she used the Melon Jelly Dewy Primer from The Beauty Crop, which “helps to hydrate and smooth the skin and make your make-up last all day”.

Following this, Faith then applied a skin tint, as she swore by L’Oreal Paris True Match.

The Plumping Tinted Skin Serum is just £14.99 from Boots and according to the listing, is an “innovative formula combining the benefits of a skincare serum with the radiance and coverage of a foundation.”

Top 3 beauty products every woman should be using

Hayley Walker, Beauty Expert at Justmylook shared the holy-grail products every woman needs to be using.

A cleanser, SPF, and hair oil are must-haves within beauty routines.

A cleanser is crucial for healthy skin as it removes dirt, oil, and other impurities for flawless skin. This skincare step not only cleanses the face and removes dirt, but also prevents breakouts and premature skin ageing, helping you maintain a healthy, youthful, and blemish-free complexion.

The Aveeno Face Calm+ Restore Nourishing Oat Cleanser is a go-to of mine due to its gentle formula that soothes and restores the skin’s appearance and texture.

SPF is non-negotiable and should be in everyone’s daily skincare routine.

Even on cooler, cloudier days, our skin is exposed to the sun’s UV rays which can be harmful to unprotected skin and even lead to damage. These damages include sunburn, pigmentation changes, and wrinkles which can impact the skin’s texture and appearance. In some cases, prolonged exposure to UV rays can cause skin cancer.

Applying SPF daily prevents these damages and protects the skin from harmful rays. I recommend the Beauty Of Joseon Rice & Prebiotic Sunscreen PA++++ SPF50+ for its lightweight, non-clumping texture that absorbs quickly for a natural finish and maximum protection.

Hair oil has many benefits and should be regularly used. This treatment can strengthen and protect the hair from external stressors while improving its appearance and shine. Regularly applying hair oil can also reduce breakage and even encourage hair growth for longer, fuller locks. Hair oils also target the scalp, reducing dandruff and improving its health through exfoliation.

I recommend using this deeply nourishing treatment a couple of times a week or more depending on the hair’s moisture levels. The Hair Syrup Rapunzel Pre-Wash Oil Treatment is a nutrient-rich treatment that revitalises strands to promote a happy scalp and healthy-looking locks. Apply the syrup throughout damp hair before washing; massage from root to tip and allow the formula to penetrate strands before rinsing and styling.

For the fifth step in her routine, the mum-of-three who often wakes up at 6am to kick off her morning routine, then applied concealer under her eyes, on her chin and a small amount in the middle of her forehead.

Contouring was the sixth step, which Faith used to define her cheekbones and add colour and depth to her face.

She then set her face with the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder for the seventh step, which has been hailed as “a staple in every make-up artists’ kit” for an “iconic soft-focus finish with zero flashback.”

For the eighth step in the routine, Faith used a brush to add bronzer to her cheekbones, to further define and add colour to her face.

I ain’t got time for that and I ain’t got no one to impress on that school run

TikTok user

After this, she then applied a blusher to her cheeks and nose.

To set her make-up in place, Faith used The Beauty Crop Pore Filter Setting Mist, which is just £10 a bottle and ensures “long-lasting wear.”

Moments later, for the eleventh step in the routine, Faith applied mascara to her lashes.

And to finish off her look, Faith then put lipstick and lipgloss on her plump pout.

Big divide

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @faithcoe, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 117,900 views.

Not only this, but it’s also amassed 1,804 likes and 85 comments.

You are absolutely stunning

TikTok user

But social media users were left divided by the clip – while numerous beauty fans were impressed and thought Faith looked “pretty”, other mums claimed they don’t have the time for a 12-step routine each morning.

One person said: “I admire the dedication.”

Another added: “You are absolutely stunning.”

Biggest skincare trends for 2025

Face The Future’s Head of Clinic, Kimberley Medd, shared the five skincare trends predicted to take off in 2025.

1. Exosomes

Exosomes are the buzzword for 2025, taking advanced skin regeneration to new heights. These micro-messengers signal skin cells to repair damage, boost collagen, and accelerate recovery, and they’re a gamechanger for targeting ageing.

2. Streamlined Skincare

The age of 12-step routines is fading as consumers shift to more intentional, multi-functional products. Streamlining skincare not only saves time but also reduces the risk of overloading your skin. In 2025, we’ll see a rise in hybrid products that combine active ingredients for simplified, effective results.

3. Vegan Collagen

Plant-based collagen will dominate the skincare world this year, providing a sustainable, ethical alternative to traditional animal-derived collagen. Expect vegan collagen in everything from moisturisers to serums.

4. The Rise Of AI

AI is revolutionising the beauty landscape, making it possible for consumers to get truly personalised skincare solutions. In 2025, we predict a dramatic shift towards AI-powered tools that help people understand their skin on a deeper level.

5. Hair Loss Solutions –

Hair loss is an issue that affects more men than we often realise, and it’s no longer just something we’re talking about behind closed doors. This year, expect to see a continued rise in demand for treatments that not only tackle hair loss but also nurture overall scalp health.

A third commented: “Super pretty.”

But at the same time, one mother gasped: “No mum has time for all that in the morning.”

A second chimed in: “Yeah I ain’t got time for that and I ain’t got no one to impress on that school run.”

Meanwhile, one woman claimed: “Sorry but life is just too short.”
