When confronted by staff and later questioned by authorities, Banks initially denied the accusation. He allegedly told police, “My baby is 1, why the [expletive] would I do that?”
But once investigators reviewed the footage, the story changed. Gregory eventually admitted that they weren’t thinking clearly, calling the moment “a dumb decision.”

Baby beer boneheads face charges
Banks, 34, is from Hogansville, and Gregory, 30, is from Newnan. Both are now facing charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
