Students and other sympathizers, along with Cebu City Mayor Nestor Archival gathered and lighted candles in memory of Braille Nichole Kwek under Cebu City’s Archbishop Reyes flyover on Saturday, April 18.
Some also shared messages in honor of the 18-year-old Carolinian who died in a crash on the flyover on Tuesday, April 14.
