The day after her ex Aaron Rodgers announced he had secretly gotten married, Danica Patrick practiced some self-care at the gym.
Patrick, 43, shared a video of some incense burning while she performed chin-ups via her Instagram Story on Wednesday, June 11.
“Thanks for the cleansing copal (and mosquito smoke),” Patrick wrote, referencing copal incense. Patrick tagged her friend Dusti VanTilborg, a bodyworker who goes by the name Wild Grace.
VanTilborg also posted a video of Patrick’s workout routine via her Instagram Story on Wednesday. “My kinda morning,” she wrote.
Aaron Rodgers’ Dating History: Shailene Woodley, Danica Patrick and More
The incense burning came less than 24 hours after Rodgers — who Patrick dated from December 2017 to July 2020 — announced he got married “a couple months ago.”

During his first official day as a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Rodgers was asked by a reporter to clarify the significance of the ring on his left hand.
The quarterback confirmed it was “a wedding ring.”

Rodgers has not revealed the identity of his new wife, but he let it slip in December 2024 that he was dating a woman named Brittani.
Patrick, a former race car driver who now works in television and as a conservative political activist, recently opened up about her time with Rodgers.
During a May 21 appearance on “The Sage Steele Show” podcast, Patrick said the “nature of the relationship was emotionally abusive” and that it “wore me down to nothing.”
Patrick described the breakup as “sudden,” explaining how it threw her entire world on its axis.
“You know, when you live with somebody and it’s, like, your whole life,” she explained. “It’s your dentist appointment, it’s your hairdo, it’s your clothes, it’s your mailing address. It’s, like, everything.”
Patrick added of Rodgers, “He leaves a trail of blood. I don’t think I’m saying too much earth-shattering stuff after there’s been enough out there. [The breakup] gave me the greatest gift, which was myself. I was, like, ‘Wow.’ It gave me the greatest gift of how much I needed to show up for myself and take care of myself.”
Danica Patrick’s Dating History Through the Years
During an appearance on the “Believe in the Good” podcast on Monday, June 9, Patrick clarified her own current relationship status.
When she was asked by host Haley Dillon whether or not she is “single right now,” Patrick responded, “Yeah.”
“I’m gonna be interested to see who’s sliding into my DMs to get to your DMs,” Dillon told Patrick.
A playful Patrick responded, “That makes me screwed, so screwed. Not literally either.”
