CEBU CITY, Philippines — Filipino world title contender Charly “King’s Warrior” Suarez is finally on track for a rematch with reigning World Boxing Organization (WBO) super featherweight champion Emanuel Navarrete after the WBO officially ordered both camps to begin negotiations. The announcement came Thursday, March 11, when the WBO sent letters to both fighters’ teams.
