The funeral arrangements of Soli Philander has been announced.
The TV and theatre veteran died this week after a battle with cancer. He was 65 years old.
Soli is survived by four children: his two sons and two daughters. He also fostered a daughter with ex-wife Toni.
SOLI PHILANDER FUNERAL DETAILS
Soli Philander will be laid to rest on Saturday, 14 March at the New Apostolic Church in Cape Town.
The service will also be live-streamed to the public.
A private cremation will follow his funeral.

Tributes continue to pour in for Soli Philander, who has been praised as a talented and vibrant icon in the arts industry.
Minister of Arts, Sports and Culture Gayton McKenzie said of the veteran TV and theatre star: āWhat made Soli Philander special was not just that he had obvious talent, but that he used it in such a unique way.
āHis humour carried the rhythms, languages, and spirit of the Western Cape, and through it he helped bring the stories of ordinary South Africans into the national conversation.
He added, āArtists like Soli play an essential role in our democracy. They help us reflect on our society, find common ground, and remind us of our shared humanity. Through his charm and storytelling, Soli did it with grace and generosity every timeā.
Cape Town theatre company, Artscape, shared: āSoli Philander had a unique ability to reflect the heart and soul of our communities through laughter, honesty, and powerful storytelling. His contribution to the performing arts, both on stage and on screen, leaves a lasting legacy that will continue to inspire generations of artists and audiences.

Singer Craig Lucas shared, āSoli was also a mentor to me. I am so grateful for the work we got to do together, and for everything they shared with me along the way. They are everything I aspire to be.
āI am because they were, I love them very much. I will keep trying to be brave, kind, hones,t and loving because that is what Soli taught me.ā
