ILOILO CITY — A Cebu Pacific flight bound for Puerto Princesa City was cancelled Friday night after a passenger’s bomb joke triggered security protocols at the Iloilo International Airport, authorities said. In an earlier advisory, airport officials said Flight 5J4805 was initially delayed after the bomb joke was made while passengers were already on board.
