BACOLOD CITY —The New People’s Army (NPA) has claimed responsibility for the killing of a former councilor of Isabela, Negros Occidental, on Sunday, April 12. In a statement issued Monday, Ka Dionesio Magbuelas, spokesperson for the Romeo Nanta Command–NPA South Central Negros Guerrilla Front, said their so-called “revolutionary court” found Rodulfo Fajardo guilty of various offenses.
