CEBU CITY, Philippines — At least 19 families were displaced after a fire hit a residential compound along V. Rama Street in Barangay Calamba, Cebu City on Monday afternoon, April 13. The blaze, which broke out at 4:39 p.m. in Quijano Compound, affected a total of 48 individuals, according to the Cebu City Fire Station.
