MANILA, Philippines — Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Chair Francis Saturnino Juan said electricity rates would be expected to go up in April due to the ongoing Middle East conflict and the peso’s decline against the dollar Juan, however, assured consumers, during an interview over Super Radyo dzBB of GMA News, that electricity supply was stable.
