CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebu’s representatives showed strong form in the Miss Universe Philippines 2026 swimsuit showcase as they secured spots in the Top 12 “Aqua Angels.” Nicole Borromeo of Cebu Province and Apriel Smith of Cebu City stood out among more than 50 delegates. Both impressed the judges during the high-energy poolside runway event.
