Calderon eyes annual grassroots league in Cebu’s 7th district

Cebu 7th District Rep. Patricia “Patsy” Calderon plans to make the Calderon Cup Inter-Town Under-21 Basketball Tournament and the Calderon Cup Developmental League annual summer initiatives for youths in her district.
