MANILA – A lone bettor from Cebu won the PHP100-million jackpot in Tuesday night’s Ultra Lotto 6/58 draw. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said Wednesday that the bettor guessed the winning numbers 29-52-49-55-25-09. The winning ticket was bought in Cebu City.
