CEBU CITY, Philippines – The multiple cyberlibel charges filed against incumbent Cebu Gov. Pamela Baricuatro by her political rival, former Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia, have been dismissed. That decision from the Department of Justice (DOJ) has likewise been upheld.
