MANILA, Philippines — Cotabato City in Maguindanao is expected to experience the highest heat index on Saturday, March 14, at 38°C, placing it under the extreme caution category, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. The heat index under this category ranges from 33°C to 41°C, Pagasa said in its latest forecast.
