The countdown to the 98th Academy Awards has officially begun as the ceremony takes place this Sunday, 15 March 2026.
In light of this, Ster-Kinekor has brought back its popular annual campaign, which brings this year’s most popular Academy Award-nominated films back to the big screen.
Starting today, Friday 13 March, the deal has officially expanded to include IMAX screenings.
You have until this Thursday, 19 March, to get your hands on a 2D or an IMAX movie ticket, a small popcorn, and a 500ml drink, all for just R99.
The star-studded lineup includes Brad Pitt in the high-octane F1, Timothée Chalamet in the frenetic Marty Supreme, and Leonardo DiCaprio alongside Teyana Taylor in One Battle After Another. Other heavyweights on circuit include Michael B. Jordan’s Sinners, Emma Stone in the sci-fi thriller Bugonia, and the emotional period drama Hamnet.
