  • Alleged shooter Armindo Joaquim Pacula and suspected mastermind Victor Majola appeared together for the first time in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court.
  • The case was postponed to April 1 to allow the prosecution to finalize critical forensic and technical evidence.
  • Investigators are currently analyzing ballistics reports, surveillance footage, and cellphone communications to build their case.

The high-profile murder case of Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock saw a brief but tense development in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court today.

For the first time, the two men allegedly at the center of the plot the suspected shooter and the accused mastermind stood side-by-side in the dock, only for the proceedings to be halted until April 1.

The postponement underscores the complex, technical nature of the ongoing investigation.

Prosecutors revealed they are still going through a mountain of digital evidence, including cellphone records and surveillance footage that could prove pivotal in linking the alleged orchestrator to the gunman.

For the family and fans of the late DJ, the delay means another month of waiting for answers in a case that has gripped the city.

The courtroom heard that while the primary arrests have been made, the state’s “paper trail” is not yet complete.

Ballistics reports are also pending, which will be essential in matching the weapon used in the assassination to the suspects.

These technical pillars are often the deciding factors in securing a conviction in premeditated murder cases.

As the legal teams prepare for the April return, the suspects will remain in custody.
